Colin presented the book: European capital of culture, to several members of the Dutch parliament.

This book hopes to clarify the possibilities and inspires the road to European capital of culture 2018 for Brabant. In the first part, the concept European capital of culture and the opportunities which it offers are further elaborated on by means of the stories of cities that preceded COLIN.

The second part is about the Dutch candidates. The road to the bid book can be seen as drawing up a SWOT and every candidate has its pros and cons.

Finally, COLIN elaborates on developments in Brabant, our own field of activity that vies for the title. They outline the ambitions and will put projects in Tilburg, Breda, Eindhoven, ‘s-Hertogenbosch, Helmond and the countryside against the light of the European capital of culture theme year. Will Brabant2018 be successful?

Together with Studio GBN, CM ontwerp designed (for the third time) the Uncover for COLIN. Creating a book wich is transforming the research and articles into a cohesive package of imagery, illustration and text, making it a fancy, interesting give away for their new and existing clients.
